The GoHighLevel alternative
built around you.
HighLevel sells itself as all-in-one: funnels, a CRM, texting, booking and automations in one account. In practice that means hundreds of settings, a bill that grows with every message, and a business living on someone else's platform. Here's what it really costs creators and educators, and how easy it is to move to a system you own.
All-in-one, all on you.
Every HighLevel selling point comes with a catch for creators. Here's each one next to what Atlas does instead.
Six ways it costs creators.
You'd be renting again
You can export your contacts, form submissions and conversations. Your pages, funnels, automations and member areas don't come with you: HighLevel has no way to move a site or funnel to another host, and its own users have asked for one.
The agency layer
HighLevel is built for agencies, and many resell it under their own brand. If an agency built your funnels in its account and the relationship ends, those funnels stay in that account.
Your vision isn't a funnel
Education pathways, a practitioner network, certifications that renew, a directory people can search, an AI that knows your teaching. None of these are HighLevel features, so they get bolted on with third-party tools.
Contacts aren't students
HighLevel thinks in contacts, tags and pipelines. It has no real model for “this practitioner is certified through March, has had 14 inquiries and her dues are current.” A custom system is built around exactly that.
An AI that knows your work
HighLevel's AI products handle conversations, calls and reviews. An Atlas-built guide learns from your teaching and points each person to the right path, woven through the site, the quizzes and the directory.
Running it without the builder
HighLevel's power comes with a lot of menus, and workflows tend to make sense mainly to whoever built them. An owned system gives your team admin screens for the handful of things they actually do.
HighLevel's plans, plus the meter.
The subscription is the floor. Usage charges for messaging, calls and AI sit on top of every plan.

Her own school, on her own site.
Natasha's live course runs on a platform built into her own website: her checkout, her students, her Stripe, her brand. It was a one-time build, with no platform subscription behind it.

Moving is our job.
Your part is one call and one review. We export, rebuild, move and switch everything over, and nothing goes offline while we do.
One call
Show us what's running today: your pages, offers, sequences and list. That's most of your part done.
We build
We export your contacts and tags, then rebuild your pages, offers and follow-ups in your brand, on your domain, with checkout through your own Stripe.
You review
Click through the finished system and tell us what to change. We change it.
We switch it on
We move your list, point your domain and turn on your reminders. HighLevel is cancelled once you're happy.
Your partOne call. One review. One yes. We do everything else.
HighLevel, answered.
How much does GoHighLevel cost in 2026?
As listed on gohighlevel.com/pricing on 3 October 2026: Starter is $97 a month, Unlimited is $297 and Agency Pro is $497, with Enterprise priced on request. Usage-based charges apply on top for phone numbers and calls, SMS, email sending and AI features.
Can I export my GoHighLevel website or funnels?
Not to another host. Contacts, form submissions and conversations can be exported. Websites and funnels can only be copied between HighLevel accounts, so leaving means rebuilding them.
When you move to Atlas, that rebuild is our job, not yours.
Is GoHighLevel good for course creators?
It's built for agencies selling funnels, so it thinks in contacts, tags and pipelines. Course creators end up with a course area bolted onto a sales machine, plus extra tools for whatever it can't do.
An Atlas platform is built around your teaching, so courses, members, checkout and follow-ups live in one place, in your brand.
What happens to my automations and texts if I move?
We rebuild the ones you rely on in your new system, so reminders and follow-ups keep running from day one. You don't set anything up yourself.
How much work is moving for me?
One call to show us what's running, and one review of the finished system. We do the exporting, rebuilding and switching over.
